We Need to Talk... (Coming Up in 2026)

Happiness On Demand
Hello Reader,
I hope your year has gotten off to a good start.
Before we get back to the usual stuff on these newsletters, I want to make some announcements about what's coming up in 2026.
A bunch of new stuff on the horizon that will (hopefully) help you with whatever you're dealing with at the moment.
This is the plan:
1. A guidebook about my method for healing my depression
This book details the mindset and the techniques I used to heal from depression in 2025.
See, time alone does not heal. Giving your mind new input is required.
This book explains how to do that.
It has all my best techniques from the last 20 years for catching and clearing negative thoughts, operating from a “broader” mindset, and a perspective change from “attracting” to “choosing”.
It also addresses a fact that most self-help guides neglect: your body, mind, and spirit are one unified system, and must be treated as such.
It’s not enough to try to get better, create a new life, or a new you just by visualizing. You must work on all "levels of creation" (these are explained in detail in the book) to get the results you are after.
This book will come out during the first quarter of 2026 (it's almost done), and it will explain why aligning your levels of creation is the key to a happy, healthy, meaningful life, and a way out of negative thought cycles, stress, anxiety,
and in my case, even depression.
2. “Journaling out of depression” — My journal from 2025
I’ve debated myself about publishing the journal I wrote during my time of healing from depression.
But even at the time of writing it, it was somehow clear to me that the insights in it were never meant just for me.
My journal was not the single thing that healed my depression (it’s also the techniques in my new book), but it’s evident that expressing my thoughts, emotions, and beliefs in this way was a critical step in the right direction.
So yes, it’s a sneak peek into my mind while being depressed.
The topics are sometimes all over the place, but everything in the journal has proven to be something that just “needed” to be expressed at the time.
Should be an interesting read if nothing else, even though there are some great insights about depression and life in general (in my humble opinion, of course).
But because of the nature of the material, it doesn’t really fit the blog on the Happiness on Demand website, so it will probably be published elsewhere (Substack most likely).
Expect more information on this soon.
3. Thought pieces
I have so many thoughts I want to put out there about the nature of life and how we live it, the society as we’ve seen fit to construct it, the flaws in the self-help and health & fitness industry, AI, the fear-driven marketing on news and social media, balance in life, spirituality, and even changing the world, that I’ve decided to write some thought pieces meant for a broader audience.
This is just an idea in my head at the moment (even though I have probably a book's worth of raw material written down), and it will have to wait until my guidebook and my journal have been published.
4. Back to social media platforms
Ooops, haven’t really been doing anything in social media for almost a year now (for obvious reasons, though, because I was really depressed). It’s time to get back to it.

One of my core values that I’ve not been in touch lately is FUN.
I believe life is supposed to be fun and I try to sneak in bits and pieces of humour wherever I can.
So why not end with a stupid joke?
A yogi walked into a pizza shop and said,
“Make me one with everything.”
(🥁)
…
The vendor made the pizza, gave it to the yogi who then gladly paid.
But when the yogi reached for his change, the vendor shook his head and said:
“Change comes from within”
Anyway,
Let me know your thoughts. You can always reply to these emails, and I do try to answer as best as I can.
I do appreciate your comments, ideas, and support 🙏
Until next time,
Think happy thoughts!

P.S. If you want a sneak-peek into my journal already, I posted an entry from September 2025 in an earlier newsletter. You can read that journal entry here.
